ES Landscape Planning have a breadth of knowledge on landscape and visual issues and are often called to present expert, objective evidence in relation to matters of character and appearance and the potential effects of proposed development upon the receiving landscape and visual environment. We are able to provide detailed evidence on specific issues relating to National Parks, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONBs), landscape setting of World Heritage Sites and Conservation Areas, local landscape designations and landscape related development management policies, such as coalescence and setting of settlements.
