Detailed Design

In addition to the strategic landscape design elements of a project, ES Landscape Planning are also adept at preparing detailed soft and hard landscape designs to accompany detailed planning applications or to discharge reserved matters applications and planning conditions. This work will include detailed planting plans, with their associated schedules of species and specifications, hard landscape and streetscape design, and the design of playspaces for children of all ages. As part of this detailed work, ES Landscape Planning can also prepare detailed management schedules to ensure the effective establishment and long term success of the proposed schemes.

Recently ES Landscape Planning have been working closely with our colleagues in Ecology Solutions in developing landscape schemes that will achieve Biodiversity Net Gain. This collaborative approach ensures that a high quality landscaped setting is achieved, that there is a net gain in biodiversity across the site and that the proposed development is policy compliant.
