Working with all the leading house builders, as well as strategic landholders, ES Landscape Planning is regularly asked to form part of project teams for residential-led schemes. Our involvement ranges from initial feasibility studies and identification of landscape and visual opportunities and constraints, through to detailed LVIA assessments to accompany planning submissions.
ES Landscape Planning are also regularly asked to prepare the detailed soft and hard landscape proposals for sites in order to discharge the necessary planning conditions. The landscape schemes seek to integrate the proposed development as well as creating a high quality environment in which to live, work and play.
