ES Landscape Planning were instructed by Primecrest Homes to develop a high quality scheme of landscaping for their new development in Cottenham, which not only created an attractive setting for the properties but also achieved the required Biodiversity Net Gain.

ES Landscape Planning worked closely with our colleagues at Ecology Solutions to understand the existing habitats associated with the site and what was necessary to meet the requirements of the Biodiversity Net Gain Metric. The result was a comprehensive landscape scheme that comprised a sensitive mix of native and ornamental species which will establish to contribute positively to local biodiversity while creating a pleasant environment in which to live, work and play.
